In this episode of the 7Bee Podcast, Dylan Greene sits down with Peggy Frye, the center director and forensic interviewer at the LillyBrooke Family Justice Center in Sandpoint. The center, founded in 2017, "empowers family violence victims to live free from violence and abuse by providing comprehensive services, centered on and around the victim, at one location," according to their website. In this interview, Frye discusses the importance of the center, how she got into working for the county prosecutor's office and the process she and the center goes through when handling child abuse cases.  Frye said the child advocacy center serves a pivotal purpose in the county and beyond. "There are kids out there that really need us to stand up for them," she said.
